Someone Buys Weezer Galapagos Bundle

Weezer is trying to strike a deal with Greyhound on a trip for two to the Galapagos Islands. The band jokingly offered a pre-order album bundle on its website that included a bird-watching trip to the Galapagos on the bus with frontman Rivers Cuomo. The price was 25-thousand dollars, plus the cost of Cuomo’s trip. Yesterday, someone tried to buy it. The band posted on Facebook, “Whoa, got word that someone bought the 25-K pre-order package on weezerwebstore.com late last night. Time to figure out how to get a Greyhound to the Galapagos.”
